Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. How do I cancel my membership ?
You may cancel your membership at anytime. Simply email us at
customer service explaining your reason for a refund.
Upon cancellation, a confirmation will be sent to you via email.
2. How can I receive a refund?
We have a no charge back policy, and refunds are possible by
emailing us at
customer service and explaining the reason for your
dissatisfaction. Be aware that if you have logged on and downloaded
any content a refund will not be possible. Be as clear and concise
as possible about why you are canceling and desire a refund.
3. I lost my username and/or password what do I
do?
If you lost your login information, you may email customer service
requesting your password and username.
You will be asked the email address you used when you joined and
your user information will be sent to you via email.
4. I cannot log in, why ?
There may be different reasons why you are unable to access the
members section. It could be for one of the following reasons::
You may have mistyped your login information. Make sure you used
lowercases. If you do not have a membership for this site, you can
join now by filling the join form.
• You forgot your password.
• You are trying to access this site illegally.
5. I cancelled my membership and I still got charged for it, why?
This matter requires assistance from one of our customer support
representatives. Please contact us as soon as possible.
